The legislator allows the drafting and conclusion of a commissioning agreement. Under this agreement, one party is obliged to create an intellectual property object and transfer the rights to another person- the customer. The latter is obliged to pay compensation for this. It is in favor of both parties to describe in detail the requirements for the object and the timing of the implementation of the agreement. The text of the agreement also indicates whether the exclusive rights to the created result of creative work are transferred in full to the person who ordered the work or remain with the author. A correctly executed contract allows you to confirm the transfer of rights to the customer in the event of a dispute and proceedings in court.
