Fast track registration

Standard registration takes 6-8 months from the date of filing an application to the grant of a patent for a utility model, 10-12 months for an industrial design and 12-14 months for an invention. If the applicant wants to speed up the process, the company's lawyers are able to put in additional efforts and register technical solutions in an accelerated procedure.

Reduction of the term of the patent examination

This is achieved due to the patent search procedure carried out by specialists of Rospatent in a short time. Using this procedure, the applicant will receive the first correspondence from the Patent Office regarding utility models or designs no later than 2 months from the date of filing, and regarding inventions within 1 month.

Accelerated Patent Search → 10 business days.

The cost of the procedure depends on the number of IPC classes required to search for utility models and inventions or ICID groups for industrial designs. The list is determined by the Rospatent expert at the stage of preparation for the search. As a result, the applicant receives information about the patent search in Russian and foreign databases.
