Sergey Zuykov presented a report at the Kazakhstan Legal Forum

The event took place on September 25 in the online mode. The forum was held in the format of four parallel sections with the participation of more than 50 speakers. Among the participants were lawyers from the top-300 companies in Kazakhstan and Russia, as well as representatives of leading law firms and the public sector.

In the “Intellectual Property” session, patent attorney Sergey Zuykov spoke about the specifics of trademark disputes in the aspect of Russian law.

Other speakers highlighted problems on such topics as: doing business in Kazakhstan, corporate law, IT law, criminal legal protection of business activities, intellectual property, medicine and the pharmaceutical industry and others.

In conclusion, an online networking session took place, where in the mode of informal communication the specialists met colleagues and exchanged views on current topics.
