The lawyers of “Zuykov and Partners” has achieved the recovery of the court costs in full

“Zuykov and Partners” has been being a representative of individual entrepreneur Andrienko V.Y. in the court sessions of the first, appellate and cassation instances for a long period.

The subject of the dispute between Andrienko V.Y., acting as a plaintiff, and LLC “Prime Media” and Eremenko M.V., claimed as the defendants, has become the illegal use of the designations being confusingly similar with the plaintiff's trademark “Domznak.” Thanks to the competent representation of “Zuykov and Partners,” the judicial instances, having considered the conflict situation, came to a conclusion about the legality of the claims lodged by Andrienko V.Y. in the form of a prohibition to use the designation and recovering the damages, and satisfied the plaintiff’s claims in full.

In October 2019, the Arbitration Court of the City of Moscow considered the application prepared by the specialists of “Zuykov and Partners” for the recovery of the court costs from LLC “Prime Media” and Eremenko M.V. in favor of Andrienko V.Y. incurred by him during the consideration of case No. A40-173311/2018. The document contained a clear and reasonable description of the plaintiff's costs, as well as a reasoned request for the recovery of the costs incurred from the defendants in equal parts. The court considered the amount indicated as the costs for the representative and the collection of the proofs as justified, as well as the amount of the claimed payment, and satisfied the plaintiff's claims in full.
