The 32nd Annual Conference of the Marques Association

From September 18 to 21, 2018, the company “Zuykov and Partners” will take part in the Conference“Branding Style: Appearance, Aesthetics and Éclat.”The event, organized by the European Association of the Right Holders of Trademarks Marques, will beheld in Paris. Obviously, the venue has been chosen not by accident, because the topic of the conferenceis translated into Russian as “Branding Style: Appearance, Aesthetics and Éclat.” Many workshops willbe devoted to the issues of branding, design and luxury goods. The programme of the event includes theconsideration of the topics related to the creation and registration of trademarks, including non-traditionalkinds of designations; the product design and brand licensing.The organizers suggest discussing the latest changes in the legal acts of an international importance inlight of their influence on the field of trademarks. The participants will be provided with an annual reviewof the European Union case law, as well as the updates in the practice of the World Intellectual PropertyOrganization (WIPO) and the European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO). Interactiveworkshops and round tables will be held at the conference, during which the representatives of differentcountries will be able to exchange their experience and share the available useful information.
