Olga Surkova

Education

Olga graduated from Moscow State University of Phycology and Education in 2010 with a degree in linguistics.

Olga has been working with Zuykov and partners since 2018 and is responsible for:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, monitoring of the quality of implementation of the instructions.
• Planning, coordinating, and managing of the working schedule of the Managing Partner, organization of internal and external meetings;
• Arranging of the conference and of telephone calls;
• Organization of meetings held by the Managing Partner (collecting of necessary materials, notification of participants about time and venue, agenda), maintenance and registration of protocols of meetings.
• Organization of trips of the Managing Partner: visa support, hotel booking, transfers;
• Preparation of documents and materials necessary for the Managing Partner;
• Keeping confidential incoming and outgoing information;
• Control of the safety of the documents

• 2013 - 2018 – Assistant to the Partner at RB Partners.
• 2010 - 2013 – assistant – translator at Technologies and equipment for food industry LLC
