“Zuykov and Partners” will take part in IP Academy and Skolkovo LegalTech

An international educational online conference will be held on October 8-9, 2020. The event is being held by the Skolkovo Innovation Center. The organizers identified the theme as “Distant & Digital”, pointing to the remote and digital format of the meeting.

The event will bring together the two largest events in the field of intellectual property in Russia - IP Academy and Skolkovo LegalTech. “Zuykov and Partners” is the leading partner of the conference. The head of the company, Sergey Zuykov, will be the moderator of the session “Topical issues of the use and protection of trademarks in the digital environment”.

The conference program includes four thematic areas:1. Create: questions on the development, registration and protection of intellectual property.2. Manage: tasks of effective use, valuation, value and monetization of intangible assets.3. Protect: types of competition, protection of the rights of owners of the results of intellectual activity and means of individualization.4. LegalTech: implementation of digital solutions in practical jurisprudence and the activities of specialists.
