Zuykov and partners Participated in the Global Biotech & Pharma Patent Summit in Shanghai

On June 4–5, Shanghai hosts the Global Biotech & Pharma Patent Summit, an international event dedicated to patents, intellectual property, and innovation protection strategies in the biotech and pharmaceutical industries, with a particular focus on the Chinese and Asia-Pacific (APAC) markets. The summit brings together pharmaceutical companies, biotech startups, IP lawyers, patent agencies, research institutions, and investors.

The key topics of discussion include patenting strategies in advanced biotechnologies, international licensing, and IP protection in technology transfer.

Sergey Zuykov, patent attorney and Managing Partner of Zuykov and Partners, delivered a presentation on “Court Practice on Compulsory Licensing in Russia and Eurasia.”

The conference was also attended by Senior Partner Elena Zuykova and Patent Department Expert Ailana Biche-ool.
