Zuykov and Partners at E-Commerce 2026

On October 16, Sergey Zuykov, Managing Partner at Zuykov and Partners, took part in the 22nd E-Commerce 2026 Professional Conference. He delivered a presentation entitled “Counterfeit Goods on Marketplaces in 2026: How Legislative Changes Are Reshaping the Rules for Rights Holders and E-Commerce.”

In his presentation, Sergey Zuykov discussed key legislative changes aimed at combating counterfeit goods and their impact on rights holders and e-commerce businesses. He also addressed current challenges in protecting intellectual property on online marketplaces.

This year, the conference brought together approximately 1,500 participants and 120 industry practitioners, including representatives of retailers, brands, marketplaces, and leading online sellers. The business program featured seven parallel tracks and focused on finding new opportunities for business growth and maintaining profitability in an increasingly challenging market.
