The company “Zuykov and Partners” has entered the rating of the World Trademark Review magazine (WTR 1000)

The World Trademark Review (WTR) magazine has carried out a study at the Russian legal services market and presented a list of the companies, which held a leading position in the field of the registration and legal protection of trademarks. The annual review of the WTR 1000 published in January 2019 became the ninth one. The experts call this rating a kind of guide for identifying the leading firms and specialists providing high-quality and professional services for the protection and defense of the rights and legitimate interests in the field of trademarks.

The WTR 1000 comprises lists of the leaders that provide legal assistance in various countries. The Russian review includes two rankings: one is among legal entities and another is noting the individual merits of specialists. Each of the ratings comprises two categories: “The Law Enforcement and Legal Proceedings” and “Administering the Trademarks Registration and the Strategy.”

According to the WTR, the company “Zuykov and Partners” has succeeded in all fields connected with the legal protection and defense of trademarks, and thanks to this it was included in both categories of the ranking of the leading legal entities in 2018.

Sergey Zuykov and Alexandra Pelikh are included in the rating of the specialists on the law enforcement practice and legal proceedings. The original ways of thinking and communication skills of the Executive Partner of the company were noted, as well as the merits of Sergey Zuykov as a representative of such Russian companies as Canonpharma Production and Golder Electronics. Having highlighted Alexandra Pelikh, the compilers of the WTR 1000 rating characterized her as a practicing specialist, who paid a special attention to the needs and wishes of the clients. The inclusion of Alexandra in the rating was a debut one. The representation of the Academic Song and Dance Ensemble of the Russian Troops of the National Guard when solving the disagreements with various public institutions was highlighted as the most famous example from the practice with the participation of Sergey Zuykov and Alexandra Pelikh.
