The Guides for trademarks and industrial designs have been cancelled

Zuykov and Partners informs that by Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 18.12.2019 No. 3081-R the following were cancelled: Orders of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) of 24.07.2018 No. 127 “On the Approval of the Guide for the Implementation of the Administrative Procedures and Actions Within the Framework of Providing the State Service for the State Registration of an Industrial Design and for the Grant of a Patent for the Industrial Design, Its Duplicate” and No. 128 “On the Approval of the Guide for the Implementation of the Administrative Procedures and Actions Within the Framework of Providing the State Service for the State Registration of a Trademark, a Service Mark, a Collective Mark and for the Grant of a Certificate for the Trademark, the Service mark, the Collective Mark, Their Duplicates.”
