Sergey Zuykov spoke at the international conference IP Eurasia-2023

The second IP Eurasia – IP India conference is taking place on December 6 in Moscow. The conference is devoted to the integration of intellectual property into market relations, the IP digitalization, issues in the field of IP rights in connection with the development of AI systems, as well as prospects for the development of cooperation between Eurasian countries and India.

The conference is attended by representatives of Russian and Indian technology businesses, Indian patent attorneys, Eurasian patent attorneys, development institutes, universities, technology parks and startups, as well as government authorities.

During the panel discussion on the topic "New opportunities for business development in Eurasia and India", Eurasian patent attorney Sergey Zuykov made a presentation. The speaker presented changes in the amount of compensation for IP infringement in the light of recent changes in the Civil Code and the resolution of the Constitutional Court of the Russian Federation.
