IP&IT LAW – 2024 competition is open

The 9th All–Russian youth competition of works on IP&IT law has started.

The competition is annual and traditionally takes place under the auspices of WIPO. The organizers of the Contest are IP CLUB together with the Coordination Center of the national Internet domain.

The competition is supported by the IP Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, as well as a number of partner organizations that award the winners of the Competition with valuable awards and memorable prizes. Zuykov and partners is also a sponsor of the competition in 2024.

The competition involves an article on one of the 10 topics approved by the organizers of the Competition. The author of the best work on the topic "The ratio of the recovered compensation in a fixed amount with double the value of the goods, double the amount of the right of use" (topic 10) will receive a prize in the amount of 50 thousand rubles from Zuykov and partners.

Students, young specialists and postgraduates from Russia and other countries can participate in the Competition.

The application together with the competition work must be sent by February 1, 2024 (by 21:00 Moscow time) to the address of the Organizing Committee of the Competition - org@ipclub.in
