Experts from Zuykov and partners spoke at the IP People 2026 Conference

On May 22, the practical conference IP People: Intellectual Property in the Age of AI is taking place, bringing together lawyers and patent attorneys responsible for the protection of brands, digital products, AI tools, contractual models, and the resolution of intellectual property disputes.

As part of IP People 2026, experts from Zuykov and partners delivered presentations:

• Sergey Zuykov spoke on Parallel Imports: Established Practice, New Restrictions, and Enforcement.
• Roman Larshin presented the report Proving Infringement and Assessing Damages in Intellectual Property Disputes. During his presentation, the Head of the Legal Department shared practical experience in selecting recovery strategies and approaches to substantiating maximum compensation in intellectual property disputes.
