Class 35 - Business Management Assistance

The class includes principally services rendered by persons or organizations whose primary purpose is: (1) assistance in the operation or management of a commercial enterprise, or (2) assistance in the management of the affairs or commercial activities of an industrial or commercial enterprise, and services rendered by advertising agencies providing primarily consumer communications and notification or announcement by any means of information about all sorts of goods and types of services.
