Zuykov and partners at the Pravo.ru IP Conference

On November 21, the annual Pravo.ru conference on intellectual property took place.

Ludmila Lisovskaya, Head of the Patent Department, took part in the discussion “Compulsory Licensing and Patent Strategies: Effective Tools or Legal Traps?”. She addressed the question of whether a compulsory license can be granted for a patent that is already in the process of invalidation or nearing expiration at the time a claim is filed.

During the session “Intellectual Property in the Digital Age: Protection of IT Products, Data and Content”, Roman Larshin, Head of the Legal Department at Zuykov and partners, presented the topic “From Blocking to Compensation: How IP Protection Mechanisms Work on Online Platforms”.
