Zuykov and partners at the Pharmaceuticals 2026 Conference: Focus on Digitalization and Patent Strategy

On April 9, the Pharmaceuticals 2026: Legal Issues conference, organized by Pravo.ru, took place in Moscow, bringing together leading experts from the pharmaceutical industry and the legal community.

Drawing on their extensive experience, the lawyers of Zuykov and partners traditionally took an active role in discussing key legal trends in the industry.

Managing partner and patent attorney Sergey Zuykov moderated the session “Digitalization of Pharmaceuticals: AI, Big Data, Clinical Trials, and Online Trade.” During the discussion, participants explored the impact of modern technologies on the development of the pharmaceutical market and the related legal challenges.

Ludmila Lisovskaya, Head of the Patent Department, delivered a presentation on the specifics of the Russian patent strategy in pharmaceuticals. Her speech covered current approaches to intellectual property protection, as well as practical aspects of developing an effective patent strategy.

Participation in the conference provided an opportunity for colleagues to exchange experiences and discuss current issues in the legal support of the pharmaceutical industry, including digitalization and the protection of innovation.
