Zuykov and partners at BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum

The BRICS+ New Economy Legal Forum is taking place on November 12-14 as part of Dubai Arbitration Week. The forum is attended by representatives of Russia, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, China, India, Brazil, South Africa, Turkey, Iran, Switzerland, Ethiopia, and other countries.

The idea of the New Economy Legal forums is to discuss current legal and economic issues, as well as to create a legal infrastructure for international trade and investment in the new macroeconomic environment.

On November 13th, during the roundtable "Technologies of the Future: Current Issues within BRICS+", Sergey Zuykov, Managing Partner, provided an overview of the most prominent IP court decisions in the UAE on the BRICS+ scale.
