Pravo.ru : the unity of the material and virtual world of intellectual property

The Pravo.ru conference, dedicated to digital transformation and its impact on intellectual property, was held on November 22.

Anastasia Omelchenko, a lawyer at Zuykov and partners, took part in the round table "Virtual Reality: Intellectual Law in the digital space and the Internet". Anastasia made a speech on "the results of intellectual activity created and posted on banned social networks."

Roman Larshin, Head of the Legal Department, took part in the discussion of current judicial practice in intellectual property rights protection. Roman presented a report on "The space-time continuum: the possibility of creating identical solutions with parallel creativity. Problems of proving similar solutions".
