IP Eurasia / IP India’23 Conference will be held on December 6th

The second Eurasian Conference on Intellectual Property and Technologies "IP Eurasia/IP India'2023" will be held on December 6, 2023. 

The conference includes four panel discussions:

1. "New opportunities for business development in Eurasia and India" will be devoted to issues related to the business environment conditions for the development of trade cooperation between the states of Eurasia and India. The participants will discuss the economic context, conditions and prospects for increasing trade turnover, including technological exports, and the role of intellectual property rights protection in Greater Eurasia. Sergey Zuykov, Managing Partner of Zuykov and partners, will take part in the session.
2. "Impact of IP sector on the development of business cooperation between EAPC Member States and India"
3. "Digital capacity in the intellectual property field"
4. "Eurasian strategy for intellectual property development until 2035"

In addition, the program includes a foresight session "Looking into the future - the Eurasian Partnership through the eyes of the young", two master classes – ""Specifics of patenting computer-related inventions" and "Specifics of patenting pharmaceutical inventions", as well as the presentation of the book "Parallel Import and Exhaustion of Exclusive Rights to Intellectual Property. Cooperation in the Development of National Industry and Import Substitution", author Benjamin Shakhnazarov.

The organizers of the conference are the Eurasian Patent Office (EAPO) and the Russian State Academy of Intellectual Property (RGAIS). A broadcasting will be provided at the conference.
