Increasing of official fees in the Kazakhstan Patent Office

Starting from July 1st, 2024, the prices for expert services related to the registration of trademarks, service marks, geographical indications, and names of places of origin of goods by the Republican State Enterprise "National Institute of Intellectual Property", under the right of economic management of the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan, have been revised.

It is important to note that the increase in fees does not apply to all types of intellectual property. For example, patent fees remain unchanged. However, there has been an increase of 25% in the fee for trademarks.
