通过审查的专利申请，俄罗斯联邦知识产权局审查员将对专利在相关登记册中进行登记，并向申请人颁发专利证书。

如果权利人希望维持发明、实用新型或外观专利注册的效力，应每年缴纳年费直至专利有效期届满。

为维持专利有效，您需向俄罗斯联邦知识产权局缴纳专利年费。

如果未按时缴纳年费的，专利将失效，任何人将可以实施原本受法律保护的专利技术。

对于未缴纳年费有宽限期，可在未缴费的三年内补缴。
