Rospatent specialists can carry out an examination according to an accelerated procedure and submit information on the patent search for 32 classes of the LOC within 10 working days. Upon completion of the examination, if the specialists of the Patent Office did not identify any obstacles to the granting of protection to the design, the period until the granting of the patent will take from 1 to 2 months.
