对联邦知识产权局审查意见的答复
俄罗斯联邦知识产权局收到申请后，登记并送交形式审查。如果形式审查存在任何问题，知识产权局会下发意见书。
视乎所需信息，审查员会发出以下请求：
- 提供已按规定金额支付的付款回执。
- 澄清、更正或补充申请人信息。
- 变更、澄清、补充与申请主题有关的信息。
询问有关申请外观专利的描述、图纸、工业设计国际分类（ICID）等其它有助于顺利授权的事宜。
无论请求的性质和内容如何，申请人必须知道：
- 回复审查员的请求是可选操作，外观专利申请人有权不回复和不向俄罗斯联邦知识产权局提供额外信息。
- 请求会列明答复的时限。如果主体因正当理由错过该期限，可提交申请恢复已错过期限的请求。
- 提交回复并不当然意味着原始信息被接受或修改。审查员将首先审查这些信息，然后决定是否将回复内容附在申请中并予以考虑，或者拒绝。
