质押合同
质押合同是确保权利人履行特定义务（如：偿还债务或归还贷款）的协议。
协议文本包括：质押对象（商标、专利）、所担保债务的金额和履行期限。
违约责任
如果债务人（出质人）未履行质押所担保的债务，债权人（质权人）有权以抵押财产价值清偿债权。此时质押财产会以拍卖方式出售，出售所得资金将用于偿还债务。

如果质押合同未在相关当局进行登记，则质权人无权对所质押的商标或者专利权进行处理。
