许可协议
许可协议是权利人在特定的时间、条件和区域内，许可另一实体使用其知识产权的协议。
许可协议的要求
许可相关方应起草和签署许可协议，约定许可的标的和使用条款。
值得一提的是与转让一样，许可行为分为有偿和无偿两种形式。如果是有偿许可，则必须在许可协议中约定许可费率和收取方式，否则协议将被视作无效。
协议自签署之日起或协议规定日期起生效，并需进行备案登记。

In the text of the agreement, the parties indicate the territory of the agreement, the rights of the holder of license, a description of intellectual property and the amount of compensation to be paid. If the object of the license agreement was registered with Rospatent, then the agreement must also be drawn up in the Patent Office for the lawfullness of the concluded agreement.
