许可协议是权利人在特定的时间、条件和区域内，许可另一实体使用其知识产权的协议。

许可协议的要求

许可相关方应起草和签署许可协议，约定许可的标的和使用条款。

值得一提的是与转让一样，许可行为分为有偿和无偿两种形式。如果是有偿许可，则必须在许可协议中约定许可费率和收取方式，否则协议将被视作无效。

协议自签署之日起或协议规定日期起生效，并需进行备案登记。
