Oksana Polyakova

Oksana graduated from Moscow Pedagogical State University, received a bachelor’s degree in “Pedagogical Education”, with a specialization in «Foreign Language» (English).

Oksana is fluent in English.

In 2022 Oksana passed the PCT distance learning course at WIPO on the program "Introduction to the Patent Cooperation Treaty".

Oksana has been working with Zuykov and partners LLC since 2022 as an assistant to Patent Attorney. She is in charge of:

• Registration of relationships between the company and clients, issuing invoices;
• Record keeping on applications for inventions, utility models, software, and databases;
• Preparation of documents for submission and filing them to the Russian/Eurasian Patent Office;
• Informing clients on all types of incoming correspondence from Rospatent, EAPO, or foreign Patent Offices;
• Payment of annual fees for patents for inventions and utility models;
• Conducting correspondence with the company's clients, including foreign ones, and execution of the Patent Attorney's orders.
