Zuykov and partners is the leader among Russian companies in the Chinese legal market

In 2025, Pravo.ru studied the projects of Russian law firms implemented in China. The study presents 10 branches of law.

The specifics of requests in the Chinese direction have changed markedly over the past three years: if 10 years ago expectations of a flow of Chinese investment dominated in Russia, now there is close cooperation between the businesses of the two countries, which involves legal support from both the Russian and Chinese sides.

According to the study, "corporate law" and "intellectual property" have become particularly popular areas. The expansion of Russian business into China and its legal registration naturally entails the need to address issues related to ensuring the security of intellectual property.

During the first market research, the achievements of Zuykov and partners allowed us to enter the "China's Legal Market: intellectual property" group (Tier 1).
