At a meeting of the Business Russia committee, the extension of the validity of several patents with one certificate to be discussed

On August 12, a meeting of the Intellectual Property Committee, chaired by Sergey Zuykov, will be held at the site of the Moscow Regional branch of Business Russia.

The topic of discussion will be the practice of extending the validity of several patents for inventions with one registration certificate.

The main issues of the round table:

1. Renewal of several patents for the same medicinal product: Russian and international practice, real possibilities and permissible limitations.

2. The specifics of the extension and challenge of the Eurasian patent.
