IP&IT Law Youth Competition - 2023 has started

The 8th All-Russian Youth Competition on IP&IT LAW-2023 started on October 28.

The competition is annual and traditionally held under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). The organizers of the Contest are IP CLUB together with the Coordinating Center of the national Internet domain. The competition is supported by the Intellectual Property Rights Court and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, as well as a number of partner organizations.

20 themes of works are offered for the participants of the competition. Zuykov and partners will award the author of the best work on the topic “Responsibility of marketplaces for trademark infringement”.

Students and young professionals from Russia and other countries can participate in the competition. Entries will be accepted until February 1, 2023.

The best entries recommended for publication by the Competition Jury will be published in the Journal of the Intellectual Property Rights Court.
